Booking
Information:
•
Simple booking and re-booking procedures.
•
To make a booking or for more information please call or e-mail and we can
discuss in detail your swimming needs, make recommendations and you can then simply book over the
phone.
• Once in our swim scheme you will
always recieve priority when re-booking.
•
Tuition is normally run in courses of 10 weeks.
• Regretfully refunds cannot be given
for non-attendance once a booking is made.
•
Payment must be made prior to the course starting.
• In order to keep class sizes at an
appropriate level we regretfully are unable to offer a facility for
children to have a "trial" lesson. If any children have problems
"settling in" we shall make every effort possible to assist them.
• From an initial discussion we shall endeavour to
place your child in the class that we think is most appropriate. We do
however reserve the right to move children to a class that we deem more
suitable to their ability.
